Manage end-to-end legal aspects of corporate real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, land development agreements, and title due diligence, ensuring compliance with Malaysian land laws and regulatory requirements
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements related to real estate assets, such as leases, tenancy agreements, build-to-suit arrangements, facility management contracts, and vendor/supplier agreements
Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on real estate development risks, zoning and planning regulations, land use restrictions, and cross-border property considerations, supporting the company’s portfolio growth and operational objectives
Requirements:
Called to the Malaysian Bar
4–5 years of post-qualification experience in a top-tier or reputable mid-tier law firm with a dedicated corporate real estate practice
