As the Senior Corporate Counsel, you will lead comprehensive legal strategies and manage daily operational risks to safeguard corporate interests and support sustainable business growth across the organization.
Job Responsibility
Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, distribution, and service contracts, effectively balancing legal risks with commercial goals
Operational Legal Advisory: Provide pragmatic, day-to-day legal support across diverse business units, addressing inquiries related to marketing, supply chain, consumer rights, and general business operations
Corporate Governance & Compliance: Maintain corporate entity compliance, update internal governance policies, and ensure routine business practices adhere to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
Dispute Resolution: Manage early-stage commercial disputes, handle external legal correspondence, and effectively direct external law firms during litigation or arbitration proceedings
Business Enablement: Develop and deliver actionable legal training programs to heighten compliance awareness and empower front-line business teams with practical, easy-to-follow guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Law with PRC bar
Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, which must include at least 3 years of practice at a top-tier law firm
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to provide practical, business-first solutions rather than purely theoretical legal advice
A stable career track record demonstrating high professional ethics, absolute integrity, and the resilience to navigate complex corporate challenges under pressure
