Job Description:

Our client is a rapidly expanding global digital assets ecosystem, seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to manage ongoing licensing and financial regulatory matters globally, as well as addressing and mitigating regulatory risks within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Handle ongoing licensing and financial regulatory matters across various global jurisdictions
address regulatory risk within the company and implement measures to mitigate and reduce such risk
assist with the legal team's efforts in regulatory and licensing, including advising on crypto/financial licensing and product launches

Requirements:

Qualified lawyer with 3-9 years of financial regulatory experience, gained from a reputable global law firm and in-house
experience and knowledge in financial regulatory is a must, candidates from regulators are preferred
good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
