Requirements:
Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK or European jurisdiction) with 10+ years’ post-qualification experience
Strong background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Commercially astute with proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
