  • Responsible for providing practical legal advice on general commercial and real estate matters
  • Support the Group’s developments such as new business initiatives and JVs
  • Draft, review and negotiate agreements, real estate related contracts including leasing, tenancy and selling documentation
  • Work closely with business units to support stakeholders on legal issues
  • Engage with external counsel as required

Requirements

  • Hong Kong qualified lawyer with at least 6 years’ PQE gained in law firms or in-house companies
  • Experience gained in general commercial and real estate related work
  • Fluent English and Chinese is required
