Job Responsibility:

  • Legal business and product support, especially in the areas of banking law, banking supervisory law, payments law, credit law, consumer protection law and civil law
  • Creation and maintenance of standard contracts and term sheets
  • Internal legal advice on operational matters and preparation of legal opinions
  • Review, negotiation, and drafting of contracts
  • Instruction, coordination, and monitoring of external lawyers
  • Handling litigation and court proceedings

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a law firm, with a focus on banking and/or capital markets law
  • Fully qualified German lawyer with First and Second State Examination
  • Expertise in banking law and financial supervisory law
