Senior Legal Counsel - Pharmacy Regulatory

• Independently provide pharmacy and healthcare regulatory guidance to business clients, internal legal counsel and external legal counsel
• Appear before and regularly communicate with Boards of Pharmacy and local officials
• Oversee and conduct general regulatory research to unlock business value and ensure regulatory compliance
• Strategic partnership with Compliance, Operations, Pharmacy Regulatory, Licensing and Advocacy to ensure compliance with Pharmacy laws and regulations

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited institution required
• Bar admission in good standing
• 8+ years legal experience
• 4+ years Pharmacy and/or Healthcare regulatory experience
• Demonstrated business judgment and acumen
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple client areas
• Superior problem-solving skills
