Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Deal with quarterly payments - VAT, CT61 and CT in advance
Supporting and helping fee earners and support staff as required
Supporting with month end billing
Manage purchase ledger including coding of supplier invoices to correct nominal codes for posting to our PMS
Supporting with month end petty cash reconciliation
Processing, posting and payment of employee expenses
Daily bank reconciliations and transfers from Client to Office bank accounts
Month end bank reconciliations for Client and Office accounts
Supporting on credit control
Posting client disbursements, recharging client disbursements and settlement of disbursements when we have received funds
Daily and month end reconciliation of credit card spend and raising bills to recharge credit card spend to clients

Requirements:

Must have extensive experience in a similar role within the legal sector
Diploma Level ILFM(Dip), Associate Level AILFM or other finance qualification is required
Exceptional attention to detail and proven methodical approach
Proactive and determined with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner
