We are seeking an experienced legal professional to provide accurate, timely, and solutions‑driven support across a broad portfolio of commercial and contractual matters. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex, high‑value, global agreements while ensuring risks are effectively identified, explained, and mitigated. Job Responsibility:
Draft and negotiate complex global or high‑complexity commercial contracts and legal documents involving major multinational organisations
Provide accurate, effective and timely legal advice and analysis on commercial and contractual matters, ensuring clarity when explaining legal concepts
Identify and mitigate potential risks in line with relevant standards, processes, and guidance frameworks
Guide account teams to relevant stakeholders and support the legal approval process for identified risks
Support legal initiatives related to business transformation, contributing to process improvement and implementation of efficient legal practices
Act as a single point of contact, process expert, and trainer—strengthening colleagues’ legal and negotiation capabilities
Requirements:
Hold a law degree from a reputable institution
Bring 8+ years of relevant commercial and contracting law experience or 6+ years plus BAR exam and telecommunications‑related expertise
Demonstrate expert knowledge of commercial contract law with strong drafting and negotiation skills
Have experience supporting commercial business activities, ideally in an international environment
Show the ability to interpret, analyse and resolve complex legal challenges with a pragmatic, solution‑focused mindset
Possess excellent collaborative skills and ease in hybrid working environments with cross‑functional, remote teams
Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
