The School seeks to recruit a Senior Lecturer in Interprofessional Education to lead the development of a school-wide interprofessional education (IPE) strategy across all its subject areas. Within the fixed-term period, the postholder will be expected to undertake a structured review of current provision, gather stakeholder input (including students, practice partners and service users), and develop a coherent, evidence-informed IPE strategy aligned to regulatory expectations and best practice. Additionally, they will be expected to initiate implementation through the identification of key opportunities for integration within existing modules, piloting IPE activities, and supporting programme teams to begin strengthening & embedding IPE principles within the curriculum.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A relevant master's degree or equivalent significant professional experience
Current registration with a relevant regulatory/professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC, SWE, GPhC or equivalent)
A recognised HE teaching qualification
Contemporary knowledge and understanding of working across professional boundaries in health and/or social care
A track record of educational innovation and/or professional developments
