London College of Fashion is looking for a dynamic and experienced academic practitioner to take on the role of Senior Lecturer and Course Leader on our MBA Fashion course. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about innovation, creativity and driving meaningful change in the global fashion business and management landscape.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide academic leadership and management for the MBA Fashion course
  • Work closely with the Programme Director to ensure highest standards in design, development and delivery of curriculum
  • Shape a forward-thinking programme emphasising experiential learning, problem-solving and engagement with industry
  • Support student development as purposeful leaders
  • Manage day-to-day course operations including teaching, learning, assessment and resource allocation
  • Participate in committees
  • Maintain course identity and current subject focus
  • Deliver high-quality learning experience

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
  • Proven experience of teaching and assessment within a Higher Education environment
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate others
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Track record of research, teaching, knowledge exchange and/or professional practice that contributes to the advancement of the discipline
