Job Description:

Your future employer is a reputable shopping mall. The mall leasing team is expanding extensively and looking for the right talents who can add value to the company's business.

Job Responsibility:

Understand market demand, perform market research and develop a feasible leasing plan
develop rapport with tenants, stakeholders, retailers and business partners
source new and suitable tenants in line with the tenant mix planning
conceptualize and develop strategies that will increase the occupancy

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Marketing or equivalent
2-3 years of experience with proven track record in mall/retail leasing
