Reporting to the Group Learning & Development Director, this role is responsible for designing learning and development programs and deploying them on an international scale. The Learning Program Manager works with multiple stakeholders in all countries where Transdev operates, evaluates and anticipates business needs, leads the development of training programs, and drives their rollout across countries.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with internal customers across divisions and countries to understand learning objectives and define learning requirements
Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions
Take ownership of the existing learning offer to continuously improve current learning and development programs and fully leverage the Group’s digital learning solutions
Work transversally with HR and the international Learning & Development community to foster best-practice sharing, identify synergies across countries, and co-design Group L&D programs
Stay up to date with the latest learning innovations and support the adoption of new approaches to enhance learner experience and knowledge retention
Design and develop learner-centric educational content using multiple modalities, with a focus on agile and scalable solutions
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Over 10 years of experience in training and learning within international environments
Strong experience in HR roles within global and multicultural organizations
Proven track record in designing and managing the rollout of large-scale international training programs
Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing blended learning solutions
Solid experience in program management within complex, matrix organizations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Full professional proficiency in English and French
