Serving as program manager/product owner, architects and builds engaging, intuitive learning journeys that inspire participation and drive skill development. Applies design thinking and accessibility standards to create experiences that are human-centered, inclusive, effective, and aligned to organizational priorities. Rapidly prototypes and iterates solutions to meet evolving learner needs.
Job Responsibility:
Architect end-to-end learning experiences and produce design blueprints that align objectives, content flow, modalities, practice, and assessment to success metrics
Serve as the lead subject matter expert for a defined learner persona and the respective development programs
Lead the design of prototypes and user testing to validate solutions, incorporate feedback, and drive design approval
Co-lead requirements gathering through intake consultations, workshops and stakeholder engagement with the Manager, Design and Development, translating needs into course and experience requirements
Serve as lead facilitator for portfolio of programs and support enterprise facilitation capabilities through coaching and communities of practice
Guide and influence Instructional Designers in converting blueprints into detailed storyboards and high-impact learning experiences, activity plans, and assessment strategies
Collaborate with Technology and Design teams on feasibility, constraints, and LMS behavior to preserve the intended experience
Ensure inclusive and accessible experiences with consistent patterns for navigation, interaction, and feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to integrate feedback and refine program designs.
Requirements:
4 years in UX/experience design, learning design, talent development or similar field
Bachelor’s degree in UX, instructional design, HCI, education, or related field
or 2 additional years of relevant experience/training in lieu of a degree
Proficiency in design methodology and tools, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
Proven ability to apply human-centered design principles in program development
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have:
Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning strategies
Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and agile development practices.
