As Senior L&D Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of our leadership and management development programs, while contributing your instructional design and facilitation skills across our broader L&D portfolio. You will work closely with the Director of L&D and L&D Associate to translate business needs into learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and measurable.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of our leadership and management development programs
Independently design blended learning solutions
Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops
Partner with the Director of L&D and key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
Communicate impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Champion the use of AI in learning design and delivery
Manage our LMS strategically
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
Contribute to a collaborative, curious, and high-quality L&D team
Requirements:
Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or a related field, with a strong track record in leadership and management development specifically
Strong project management skills and the ability to own multiple workstreams at once without losing quality or momentum
Excellent stakeholder management skills, you are a confident and adaptable facilitator
Experience applying evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of learning and communicate return on investment to a business audience
Strong instructional design capability across multiple modalities
Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, with a desire to explore and integrate new tools and approaches into how we work
Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools
French proficiency is a plus
