Job Description

As Senior L&D Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of our leadership and management development programs, while contributing your instructional design and facilitation skills across our broader L&D portfolio. You will work closely with the Director of L&D and L&D Associate to translate business needs into learning solutions that are practical, engaging, and measurable.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of our leadership and management development programs
  • Independently design blended learning solutions
  • Facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops
  • Partner with the Director of L&D and key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
  • Communicate impact clearly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Champion the use of AI in learning design and delivery
  • Manage our LMS strategically
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
  • Contribute to a collaborative, curious, and high-quality L&D team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in L&D, talent development, or a related field, with a strong track record in leadership and management development specifically
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to own multiple workstreams at once without losing quality or momentum
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, you are a confident and adaptable facilitator
  • Experience applying evaluation frameworks to demonstrate the impact of learning and communicate return on investment to a business audience
  • Strong instructional design capability across multiple modalities
  • Genuine interest in AI and its application to learning, with a desire to explore and integrate new tools and approaches into how we work
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools
  • French proficiency is a plus
