Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while enabling smooth day-to-day operations for executive stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes with accuracy and clarity
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
  • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and support budget tracking activities
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues to support leadership effectiveness
  • Conduct research and compile data to support informed decision-making
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required
