We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong coordination skills, discretion in handling sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while enabling smooth day-to-day operations for executive stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Manage leadership calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of leadership
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes with accuracy and clarity
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal or external stakeholders
Handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
Manage expense reports, invoices, and support budget tracking activities
Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve issues to support leadership effectiveness
Conduct research and compile data to support informed decision-making
Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Demonstrate strong organisational and time-management capabilities
Possess proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management platforms
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional integrity
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Able to work independently while exercising sound judgement
Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
