Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Trust Advisor - Special Needs Trust responsible for offering personalized advice and wealth management related to Special Needs Trusts for HNW and UHNW clientele. The role involves reviewing estate planning documents, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, mentoring team members, and growing the credibility of Special Needs Trust Services.

Job Responsibility:

Work with trust partners, attorneys, caseworkers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with trust provisions, bank policies, and legal requirements
advise leadership on objectives and plans for complex financial needs
lead strategies to resolve complex planning needs
deliver creative solutions
provide expertise to leadership on business implementation
collaborate with peers to resolve issues
manage fiduciary relationships
oversee fiduciary team to achieve business objectives
mentor team members
act as escalation point for client matters

Requirements:

7+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience
ability to travel up to 50%
must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements
comply with Wells Fargo policies
current credit report will be used for financial responsibility assessment

Nice to have:

CTFA, JD, L.L.M or CFP designation
3+ years experience administering complex special needs trust accounts
expert knowledge of complex estate planning techniques and fiduciary laws
in-depth knowledge of fiduciary income tax
experience in growing fiduciary business
