Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. This role involves advising senior leadership, developing Treasury Management Consulting objectives, leading complex business solutions, and strategically engaging across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility:

Act as advisor to senior leadership to develop Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across multiple business lines
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions
Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as peer mentor
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements:

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Demonstrated expertise working with middle-market companies with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $500M
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Strong financial acumen including deep understanding of profitability metrics
Proven ability to leverage working capital value proposition to drive strategic sales growth
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
