Job Responsibility:
Lead high‑visibility, complex initiatives often cross‑functional and enterprise‑wide shaping large‑scale planning efforts for the Treasury Management Consulting function
Evaluate and solve sophisticated business, operational, and technical challenges by applying advanced analytical thinking to multi‑layered or unprecedented scenarios
Exercise sound judgment in complex decision‑making, leveraging a strong understanding of Treasury Management Consulting policies, procedures, and compliance to influence outcomes and guide teams toward successful delivery
Collaborate across the organization, partnering with peers, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, advance strategic goals, and deliver measurable value
Lead project teams or mentor peers, offering subject-matter expertise and modeling best practices in execution and client engagement
Serve as a strategic advisor to middle‑market companies, especially those with annual revenues between $100M and $500M, bringing insight into their working capital priorities and operational dynamics
Apply strong financial and profitability acumen to craft mutually beneficial solutions that drive client success and strengthen portfolio performance
Leverage the working capital value proposition to support sales strategies, deepen client relationships, and influence business growth across Treasury Management solutions
Communicate with clarity and influence, ensuring complex concepts are distilled effectively for executive, client, and cross-functional audiences
Requirements:
7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
Demonstrated expertise working with middle-market companies, particularly those with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $500M
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of profitability metrics to support mutually beneficial outcomes
Proven ability to leverage the working capital value proposition to drive strategic sales growth
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is a plus
