Job Description:

Senior Lead Treasury Analyst to lead a strategic portfolio of high-impact initiatives, reports, and presentations within Treasury function. Responsible for managing Wells Fargo's balance sheet including capital, liquidity, funding, and interest rate risk management.

Job Responsibility:

Lead a critical treasury finance function, delivering cohesive and strategic presentation materials for senior-level committees and external reporting
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Investor Relations, Regulatory Relations, and data providers
Advise senior leadership on content strategy and support the BSIRRM team across market trends, regulatory developments, and strategic initiatives
Drive process improvements and risk control enhancements
Implement key risk initiatives and lead critical processes within a robust risk management framework
Collaborate with peers and leadership to resolve issues and achieve strategic goals

Requirements:

7+ years of Treasury experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Deep understanding of financial institution balance sheets, risk areas, and financial forecasting
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and financial performance analysis
Proven experience managing high-governance financial analytics and leading cross-functional initiatives
Exceptional attention to detail and experience with executive-level written and verbal communication
Expertise in risk management disciplines such as model risk, operational risk, and financial risk
