As Padran Information Technologies, we are looking for teammates who are focused on growth and success! In this position, you will work for our clients that we provide consultancy and you will take part in projects in Turkey's leading companies. We are looking for a Senior / Lead Test Engineer who meets the following qualifications for our consulting business partner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Engage in discussions and collaboratively establish test strategies with the development team and product/program managers to assess the impact of a deliverable product or version
  • Review the specs & requirements, have a good understanding of the features, develop precise test cases and revise test plans accordingly
  • Design, implement and execute functional, stress and longevity tests from an end-to-end perspective
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with the development team to ensure their resolution
  • Utilize complex diagnostic and measurement tools such as Octobox, ixia, iperf, CD Router, Wireshark, etc.)
  • Provide clear defect definitions and reports to prevent miscommunication and streamline the resolution process
  • Guide the automation team to increase automation coverage by creating proper test automation development requests
  • On-time delivery of required QA facilities including detailed Test Report, Issue Analysis
  • Make sure products are being deployed on-scope and on-quality
  • Managing and maintaining the test houses and Wi-fi labs
  • Prepare and present executive level reports

Requirements:

  • MS/BS in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar field
  • Knowledge of test methodologies with at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing end-to-end software product testing approaches
  • Networking Experience (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, AWS, LAN/WAN) - Good understanding of general networking protocols (IEEE 802.11ac/ax/be, TR-398, etc.)
  • Experience with basic scripting languages (Python & Bash), Linux, Postman, Soap UI and Software Testing Methodologies
  • Experience with Mobile Application Testing
  • Familiarity working in Agile and cross-functional scrum teams
  • Good understanding of Software Test Management tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills and Excellent team player
  • Mentor and guide junior team members of the test team, providing training and support as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize testing efforts, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written communication
