Job Responsibility:
Drive AI capability buildout and large-scale adoption across Corporate Risk
Leverage expertise in cybersecurity, data management, and technology development and operations to strengthen risk frameworks
Apply a data-driven mindset to clearly communicate problems, actions, and outcomes
Anticipate emerging risks and integrate business context into risk assessments, influencing mitigation decisions through insight and sound judgment
Execute across complex, high-impact initiatives, proactively identifying challenges and adapting approaches to ensure successful outcomes
Bring broad knowledge of technology risks and the evolving challenges facing financial institutions
Manage and resolve technology risk issues with a proven track record of delivery
Develop and maintain risk metrics and trend reporting to inform decision-making
Synthesize data from multiple sources and deliver actionable insights with speed and accuracy
Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions in high-stakes environments
Communicate with clarity and precision in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, shaping understanding and driving informed decisions
Requirements:
7+ years of Technology Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Leadership experience in driving technical high performing teams, agile teams
Strong ability to lead through influence peers and key stakeholders when driving architectural decisions, solution design, data acquisition strategies, and process re-engineering
Highly proactive, able to work both independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
Strong organization and detail-oriented skills, with proven ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines despite frequent interruptions
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with virtual and/or geographically dispersed teams
