Job Description:

Senior Lead Technology Release Delivery Consultant role focused on cybersecurity implementation, specifically implementing an enterprise-wide data scanning and classification tool across multiple technology teams and platforms.

Job Responsibility:

Support cross-cyber technical implementation and delivery across Information Protection domain
Perform Technology Release Delivery for multiple Engineering and Architecture teams
Implement enterprise-wide data scanning and classification tool across technology teams
Work across enterprise including 4000+ applications, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, M365
Work with vendors, cyber engineering teams, sourcing, legal, third party stakeholders
Drive rollout and adoption of cybersecurity solutions
Act as advisor to senior leadership on cross-product release plans
Lead strategy and creation of complex product releases
Drive continuous delivery performance improvement using metrics
Provide vision and expertise on release planning and compliance
Strategically engage with Business Services Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners
Serve as expert advisor to Product Management and Technology Leadership
Coach teams on Agile and Product Ways of Working
Ensure compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies
Manage quality release communications

Requirements:

7+ years of Technology Delivery experience
Familiarity with data classification and data classification software and info security domain
Vendor management or contracting experience
Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management processes
Ability to understand the architecture and impacts of work across multiple platforms
Ability to articulate potential release collision points and critical dependencies across multiple product areas
Experience making timely and fact-based recommendations in fast-paced environments
Facilitation skills within software development environment
Ability to work effectively in team environment across all organizational levels
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align
Demonstrated history creating transparency and clarity across products on synchronization of release events

Nice to have:

Familiarity with data classification software
Vendor management experience
Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management processes
Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Jira Align
