Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to be part of the Global Payments & Liquidity Treasury Technology organization helping to drive delivery of critical technology initiatives

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems
Act as Payments Domain Subject Matter Expert and Thought Leader in developing innovating solutions
Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
Make decisions in highly complex situations requiring understanding of domain and technology applications
Lead project or systems documentation
Monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
7+ years of experience in technical and business analysis with strong focus on payments initiatives
2+ years of Cloud-native technologies and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
3+ years of payments domain experience including payments processing lifecycle, payments rails, and industry standards such as ISO 20022
Experience in financial services industry is highly desirable

Experience applying AI for data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
