Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to work in the TCOO group. The role focuses on providing a user-friendly experience for Wells Fargo’s credit card customers while supporting the launch of new cards and streamlining services. Key activities include advising senior leadership, solving complex business problems, and providing technological solutions to cross-functional teams within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Requirements:

7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
7+ years of JIRA experience

Nice to have:

Experience working with Confluence
Strong experience compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management and senior leaders
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Executive level facilitation experience
Ability to partner and engage stakeholders
Good project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
Experience presenting solutions to complex problems to leadership and senior executive levels
A BS/BA degree or higher
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills
