Job Description:

Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to provide strategic operational support for Consumer Technology group: Enterprise Services at Wells Fargo. This role provides the CIO and their leadership team exceptional operational services and capabilities that amplify customer impact, drive excellence, and ensure technology initiatives deliver business value.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to executive leadership
Function as an operational linchpin and strategic facilitator
Deliver operational oversight and execution for aligned CIO
Provide executive support for special initiatives and engagement activities
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges
Engage with technology leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives
Advise and influence leadership in developing effective programs

Requirements:

7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience
Dynamic, self-driven, and results oriented leader
Strong sense of prioritization, execution and urgency
Ability to operate in a highly complex organization
Track record of collaborating and building highly successful partnerships with executives
Ability to influence, partner, communicate and negotiate with all levels of leadership
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to thrive in a changing and dynamic environment
Experience in framing executive conversations, presentations, and analysis
Finance, budget planning and familiarity with contract requirements
Experience in contract negotiation and execution
Experience in successfully managing complex strategic programs/projects
Experience operating within Agile product model environment (Scrum/Kanban)
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Experience with Workforce Management
Experience with Portfolio Demand and Capacity Management
Experience with Governance and Control
