Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant who will be a key member of the COO Technology Business Management Office (BMO), supporting the delivery of centralized, scalable, and transparent business services to the COO Technology leadership team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong communication, planning, and execution skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and edit executive communications aligned with brand standards
  • Design PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations for senior leadership
  • Manage organizational chart production routines
  • Write content for executive use, including talking points and initiative updates
  • Manage Outlook distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and Teams channels
  • Manage internal portal content and updates
  • Plan and execute leadership events such as Town Halls, Manager Forums, and offsites
  • Maintain the Group Master Calendar of key events and deliverables
  • Facilitate periodic business review process

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • 7+ years creating executive level communication (email, PowerPoint, content creation etc.)
  • Expert level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong experience in diversified business management functions
  • Excel expertise including pivot tables
  • Technology background
  • Demonstrated ability to execute with speed, precision, and good judgement in highly matrixed environments with evolving requirements and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in establishing credibility and influence with senior leaders
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive information
