We're seeking Senior / Lead Software Engineer (TypeScript) to join our team.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop high-performance desktop trading applications using TypeScript and React
  • Implement complex state management solutions across multiple windows and machines
  • Build and optimize web components for sub-3 second load times with minimal latency
  • Integrate financial data services via WebSocket connections
  • Collaborate with design engineers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive UIs across multi-monitor setups
  • Work within Agile sprints with daily standups and code reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years professional experience with TypeScript
  • Strong proficiency in React and modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience building high-performance web applications with strict latency requirements
  • Proven experience with complex state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)
  • Experience with real-time communication (WebSockets, message buses)
  • Desktop application development (Electron, Tauri, or similar frameworks)
  • Understanding of inter-process communication (IPC) and multi-window architectures
  • Node.js experience for backend services
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable with virtual interviews
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively

Nice to have

  • Rust programming experience (would be a good plus)
  • WebAssembly knowledge
  • Financial services or trading platform experience
  • Experience with Microsoft WebView2 or Chromium-based frameworks
  • Redis
  • IO Connect Desktop or Finsemble platform experience
  • Performance profiling and optimization tools expertise
