Senior Lead Service Management Consultant

• Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence plans, specifications, resource needs, and goals for multi-faceted, highly complex, or long-term risk mitigation and control strategies
• Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
• Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

• 7+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
• 7+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a large technology organization
• 7+ years of experience in correlating and delivering program updates to executive leaders on large-scale technology initiatives
• 7+ years of experience in leading transformational change and executing organizational development plans
• 5+ years of experience in performing root cause analysis across multiple types of technologies
• Strong understanding of technology acumen and ITIL concepts, especially in network and network security
• Strong understanding of process improvement and risk management frameworks
• Expert ability to analyze data to measure success and make business decisions
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with various levels and third parties
• Commitment to continuously learn and grow with the organization
• Experience in developing or supporting technology for critical, highly regulated industries, such as the financial industry
