Senior Lead Product Manager

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to define and drive the vision for new Small Business Credit Card products and capabilities
• lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive benchmarking to identify unmet needs and emerging trends
• analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations that drive business decisions
• design and deliver innovative, scalable product solutions that align with business goals and customer expectations
• provide thought leadership and direction to cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery of new products
• influence long-term planning and investment decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
• serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive leadership
• foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics
• build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Experience leading, designing and implementing new credit card products
• robust data, customer research and analysis skills with a proven ability to generate actionable, data-driven recommendations and solutions
• structured analytical thinker, problem-solver and communicator
• excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• experience working in a high pressure fast paced environment to meet competing deadlines
• financial services experience with strong understanding of Credit Card or Retail Banking
• ability to synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
• demonstrated track record of effective influencing and collaboration at all levels
• exceptional problem solving abilities
• exceptional ability to translate complex business and operational concepts so they are clearly understood in support of sound decisions to meet business objectives
• excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate results
