  • champion accessibility and inclusive design
  • Integrate partners and platforms: Coordinate with internal platforms and external vendors to enable new redemption types and catalogs
  • ensure reliability, performance, and scale

  • run A/B tests and experiments to optimize outcomes
  • Manage risk & compliance: Embed risk, controls, and policy requirements into product design and delivery
  • ensure audit readiness and operational excellence
  • Lead change at scale: Align cross‑functional stakeholders, communicate decisions crisply, and drive adoption with training, communications, and readiness plans for impacted teams
  • Influence at the senior level: Provide clear business cases, trade‑off analyses, and status updates for executive stakeholders

Requirements:

7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Experience with partner/merchant integrations and third‑party vendor management (contracts, SLAs, operational playbooks)
  • Working knowledge of risk and control frameworks in financial services (model/ops risk, privacy, data governance, change management)
  • Familiarity with experimentation (A/B testing), product analytics, and funnel optimization
  • Comfort with APIs, platform capabilities, and technical trade‑offs to guide solutioning with engineering
  • Executive presence and clear decision‑making in complex, cross‑functional environments
  • Demonstrated experience shipping customer‑facing digital products end‑to‑end with measurable impact
  • Strong skills in requirements/story writing, backlog management, and prioritization using data and risk considerations
  • Proven ability to influence without authority across Technology, Design, Risk, Operations, and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • executive‑ready storytelling and status reporting

  • competitive salary
  • robust benefits package
  • programs to support work-life balance and well-being
  • rewarded for investing in community
  • celebrated for being your authentic self
  • empowered to grow
