Job Description:

Senior Lead Product Manager role at Wells Fargo focusing on commercial client profitability tools. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and influence over key financial systems. The role involves owning the product vision and roadmap for a platform that integrates financial performance with client and product data to support pricing, coverage, and profitability strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Advise senior leadership on business plans, product strategy, and implementation approaches for complex financial and technical needs
Lead product management for a highly technical and data-intensive platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial metrics
Drive strategic solutions that are scalable, long-term, and responsive to business dynamics
Define and communicate product vision, scope, and priorities
Manage the product backlog and ensure delivery of high-value features
Collaborate across functions, including Finance, Risk, Technology, and Analytics teams, to gather and refine requirements and deliver impactful solutions
Champion data quality and usability, leveraging data profiling and analysis to inform product decisions
Lead agile ceremonies and ensure continuous delivery of value through iterative development
Enhance existing applications based on user feedback, business needs, and performance insights
Document and communicate product features, workflows, and decisions clearly and effectively

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in product management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product ownership
Experience with Profitability or Pricing applications in a financial context
5+ years of FP&A experience including deep understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and profitability metrics
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis and automation
Hands-on experience with Power BI for building dashboards and visual reports
Strong critical thinking and change management skills
Strong understanding of data profiling and data quality
Experience presenting financials and insights to senior leadership
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Experience working with global delivery teams across time zones and cultures
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a data-driven profitability metrics focused environment
Strong background in data analysis and financial modeling
Experience in Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Willingness to take ownership of complex problems and drive them to resolution
Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and evolving business needs
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on financial, regulatory, and technology trends
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse teams
