Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Process Engineer to work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects. The role involves ensuring effective relationships among the design teams, identifying complex analyses, and applying results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches. The engineer will partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy and create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work as an experienced level process consultant who will organize, lead, and facilitate large scale companywide strategic redesign projects
  • Ensure effective relationships among the design teams
  • Identify complex analyses and apply results to initiatives that support recommendations for optimal approaches
  • including proposed technology, staff and structure changes, and cost estimates
  • Partner with executives and more experienced managers companywide to help define the business strategy
  • Create and execute corresponding business plans and initiatives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Process Engineering experience preferably within a highly regulated industry, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in process mapping and optimization tools, as well as familiarity with automation technologies
