Based on our oil & gas subsea history, we are now on the journey into subsea power distribution for the renewable energy market. We are now looking for a Senior Lead Planner to join our P&C Engineering and Projects department in Tranby. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering our project portfolio, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive planning excellence across all project stages.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for multidisciplinary projects across all stages – from R&D and early studies to FEED and full EPCI execution
  • Ensure compliance with all governing execution modules, relevant frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Monitor schedule performance, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support accurate forecasting
  • Prepare and present reports to project management and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within multidisciplinary projects
  • Subsea experience is preferred
  • Strong expertise in planning tools, especially Primavera P6
  • Experience with SAP is considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex schedules effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Norwegian is an advantage
