Are you a senior-level cloud & security engineer looking to take the lead in a fast‑moving MSP environment? We’re seeking a Senior / Lead MSP Engineer to own high‑impact cloud initiatives, guide technical strategy, and serve as the top‑level escalation point for our engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on Microsoft cloud, modern security, and advanced infrastructure, with junior and mid-level engineers handling day-to-day tickets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Architect, deploy, and support solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Azure AD (Entra ID)
  • Lead cloud migrations, modernization projects, identity/security enhancements
  • Optimize Azure resources including networking, compute, storage, and governance
  • Support and improve environments across Microsoft Public Cloud and AWS
  • Configure and manage Intune, Defender, Sentinel, conditional access, MFA, and Zero Trust policies
  • Execute security assessments and implement best‑practice improvements
  • Develop secure configurations for identity, endpoint, and cloud environments
  • Serve as the highest-tier escalation for cloud, security, and infrastructure issues
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
  • provide technical guidance and oversight
  • Participate in client strategy, technical roadmapping, and project scoping
  • Help refine and enhance internal processes, automation, and service delivery
  • Oversee higher-level work in Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V), and networking
  • Support firewall technologies (Fortinet, Meraki, Palo Alto, etc.) and modern network design
  • Ensure documentation, monitoring, and operational excellence across environments

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in an MSP or multi‑client IT services environment
  • Deep experience with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online / Teams / SharePoint
  • Deep experience with Azure + Azure AD (Entra ID) architecture
  • Deep experience with Intune, Defender, and Microsoft security stack
  • Deep experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO
  • Deep experience with AWS fundamentals (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, etc.)
  • Strong PowerShell skills a plus
  • Knowledge of security frameworks (CIS, NIST, Zero Trust)
  • Strong client-facing communication and project leadership abilities
