Senior/Lead Manager of Intelligent Cockpit User Operations

• conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and user research in overseas markets
• identify and analyze international user needs
• align user needs with business strategy to develop clear product planning and objectives
• deeply understand user experience
• manage full product requirements analysis, design, and implementation process
• oversee product acceptance for the international cockpit version
• ensure achievement of quantitative product and experience goals through metric tracking
• leverage overseas base advantages
• utilize native speakers for product localization reviews
• ensure product accuracy and optimal user experience across different language environments
• collaborate closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end product lifecycle

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Internet, Intelligent Automotive, or related fields
• minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager for consumer-oriented (C-end) products
• experience in intelligent cockpits or related fields is preferred
• proficiency in English with fluent communication skills for seamless collaboration with overseas teams
• proficiency in one or more additional languages is a plus
• familiarity with user experience design and product management processes
