Job Description:

Senior Lead Investment Banker / Executive Director for Equity Capital Markets Industrials Team at Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Bank, delivering comprehensive suite of banking, capital markets and advisory solutions to corporate, government and institutional clients

Job Responsibility:

Work as advisor within Investment Banking to develop objectives, plans, specifications, resources
Lead strategy and resolution of complex challenges
Deliver large-scale solutions requiring vision and innovation
Provide vision and direction to leadership
Engage with Investment Banking professionals across company

Requirements:

7+ years of Investment Banking experience
Equity Capital Markets experience with focus on Industrial Sector
Securities industry experience
Knowledge and understanding of business development: business vision, strategies, and goals
Investment banking experience
Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
Strong credit skills
Strong risk management skills
Ability to analyze trends in competitive marketplace
Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions in fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

Equity Capital Markets experience with focus on Industrial Sector
Securities industry experience
Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
