Job Description:

Senior Lead GenAI Digital Product Manager in the COO AI CoE team within the Chief Operating Office. This pivotal role will define and drive product strategy for scalable AI agents that automate complex workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Define and drive product strategy for scalable AI agents that automate complex workflows
Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered agentic solutions including architecture design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, and compliance teams
Establish governance and performance metrics for GenAI agents including accuracy, latency, explainability, and human-in-the-loop oversight
Stay ahead of emerging technologies in the GenAI ecosystem
Advise senior leadership to develop digital products, initiatives, plans, and specifications
Lead strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges
Coordinate complex activities and provide guidance to others

Requirements:

7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent
Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformation or automation programs
Strong emphasis on Generative AI and agentic AI solutions
Deep hands-on expertise in Google AI Developer Kit (ADK), LangChain, and LangGraph
Track record of delivering production-grade AI agents
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multi-agent architectures
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector database integration
Experience building and scaling GenAI solutions for use cases such as document intelligence, email triage, case summarization, or workflow automation in regulated environments
Ability to provide strategic vision and technical direction to senior leadership
Familiarity with Operations business processes in large-scale financial institutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

Experience with compliance, QA, data integrity, and risk mitigation frameworks
Military experience
Training in digital product management
