Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer

The Opportunity We are currently partnering with multiple leading technology consultancies and fast-growing digital product organisations who are looking for experienced Senior and Lead Fullstack Engineers to help shape their engineering future. The Role In this position, you will own the full software development lifecycle, guiding projects from initial discovery and architectural design through to production deployment and iteration. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex user needs into scalable, performant, and reliable technical solutions, all while defining data models and designing robust APIs. Beyond the code, you will act as a key technical leader, mentoring peers, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across the wider engineering team. What We're Looking For Extensive professional experience building applications with React and Node.js. Strong proficiency in system design and high-level architectural decision-making. Hands-on experience working with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies. A proven track record of owning projects end-to-end, from initial discovery through to production. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and actively raise engineering standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Practical experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Strong analytical skills with a dedicated focus on performance optimisation and writing scalable code.
