Job Description:

As a Senior Lead, Footwear Development & Engineering, you are responsible for leading the footwear engineering functions such as pattern, tooling etc,. for the next-level of On’s products, as well as contributing to the improvement of production processes and product quality. As an important member of the Sourcing team, you will be based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi as mission assigned.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead footwear engineering functions such as pattern, tooling etc.
  • Establish guideline for pattern and last management
  • Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support during product development meetings
  • Lead process standardization in development and commercialization
  • Work with innovation team to support the implementation of new technologies into inline production
  • Live and share our commitment to sustainability, product integrity and quality, and drive initiatives that set ON apart from other brands
  • Oversee product development and commercialization timelines to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in footwear engineering with highly attentive to details, function and quality
  • Experience in people management and stakeholder management in working with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments
  • Able to travel frequently to On’s manufacturing partners both in south and north of Vietnam
