Job Description:

Senior Lead Financial Crimes Officer position in the Financial Crimes Analytics, Monitoring and Surveillance team within Financial Crimes Risk Management. This is a key leadership position responsible for enabling decision-making and operational success across a multidisciplinary team, managing financial crimes risk, model risk, data quality risk, and technology risk.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with leadership teams to define and execute strategic priorities
Prepare and represent technical materials to regulators and executive management
Oversee development and implementation of governance frameworks and controls
Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent
Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress against key milestones

Requirements:

7+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Strong project management and organizational skills
able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks, risk controls, and technical documentation for financial institutions
Understanding of data analytics, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools and methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to represent technical material to regulators and senior audiences
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains
