Job Description:

Senior Lead Fiduciary Specialist position at Wells Fargo's Banking, Lending, & Trust division, focusing on providing personalized advice and wealth management services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. The role involves overseeing fiduciary professionals, administering trust relationships, and ensuring compliance with fiduciary principles and applicable laws.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee a team of fiduciary professionals responsible for the administration of trust and other fiduciary accounts
Administer a book of fiduciary relationships, including analyzing trust and estate documents, implementing client estate plans, and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law
Engage clients, advisors and internal partners to deliver a high-touch client experience within a strong risk management framework
Build and maintain a strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and control development
Serve as a subject-matter expert on fiduciary administration
Serve as an escalation point for team members regarding client-related matters
Act as a thought leader and culture carrier for the firm
Lead team to achieve business objectives and drive execution
Participate actively in Wells Fargo Trust's training and mentorship programs
Participate in marketing and development initiatives

Requirements:

7+ years of Fiduciary Products experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience and education
Extensive experience in administering estates and deceased grantor trusts as an attorney or trust officer
Knowledge of complex estate planning strategies including tax strategies
Ability to read, interpret and explain will and trust documents, probate laws and tax provisions
JD, LLM, CFP or CTFA designations
Experience working with UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) clients that have investable assets of $10MM +
