Job Description:

The Senior Lead Engineer Salesforce will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, focusing on Service Cloud and Field Service. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong skills in Apex and Visualforce. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, and certifications in Salesforce are preferred. This role involves leading integrations and participating in DevOps processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service
  • Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and optimize queries using SOQL/SOSL
  • Lead and support integrations with external systems using middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft
  • Participate in DevOps processes including version control, CI/CD pipeline management, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions and support enterprise-level multi-org implementations
  • Troubleshoot production issues, provide enhancements, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware platforms
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and/or Field Service Consultant certifications preferred
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required
  • Experience working in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and multi-org environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently
  • Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist preferred
