Job Responsibility

Shift-wise planning to execute daily production schedules, optimizing machine and manpower utilization to meet targets
Supervise batch processes, reactor operations, and blending activities, ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure product specifications are met and minimize batch rejections or re-work
Monitor material consumption, manage raw material inventory on the shop floor, and track product yield to control manufacturing variances
Ensure absolute compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free shop floor (5S implementation)
Maintain accurate batch manufacturing records (BMR), daily log sheets, production reports, and SAP data entries (if applicable)
Efficiently handle a team of operators and contract workmen, promoting a safe and productive work culture
