Digital, Data, and AI (DDAI) within Consumer Banking & Lending (CBL) is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Strategy Consultant to join its Digital Strategy team. Our team connects the dots across the organization—bringing together data, customer insights, and business priorities—to shape roadmaps, influence teams, and ensure digital initiatives are focused on the highest‑impact opportunities, while translating that work into clear, executive‑ready communications for senior leadership. This role is ideal for a former top tier consultant who can independently tackle ambiguous, enterprise level problems—like shaping the future of the mobile app—and turn them into clear, executive ready recommendations.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Create and deliver executive-ready presentations, often under tight timelines and with limited notice
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Work across the organization to distill complex, ambiguous issues into clear, concise communications for C‑level leaders
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Requirements

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have

  • 3+ years prior experience at a Tier 1 management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • able to rapidly break down large, messy problems
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills with proven ability to create polished, executive-ready decks
  • ThinkCell experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable presenting to senior and executive audiences
  • Experience navigating ambiguous, cross‑organizational environments involving product, platform, data, and technology stakeholders
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries
  • Exposure to AI, data, or advanced analytics strategy (technical depth not required)
