Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to support our Consumer Lending Merchant Services Business Team.
Job Responsibility:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Requirements:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
Experience with Agile methodology of delivery, including but not limited to intake and discovery/analysis of new work and work in progress within the backlog
Merchant Services, Underwriting & Risk experience within the financial services industry
Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking epics, features and user stories in backlogs, such as Confluence and Jira
Experience working with third party vendors
Demonstrated ability to enhance and implement new processes by proactively identifying roadblocks and developing recommendations for unforeseen issues
Experience influencing and building relationships with LOB stakeholders, product owners, technology, business analysis, or other internal partners
Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques to discern customer, technical, and process impacts
Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Experience taking initiative and working independently with minimal supervision within a matrix environment
Experience navigating through ambiguity
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders
