Job Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to oversee products and solutions that service the core banking modernization journey. This individual will collaborate with and influence business partners and leaders to drive core banking modernization for the enterprise to completion. These roles are critical in shaping the foundational systems that power how we manage customer information, accounts, transactions, and applications across the bank.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts
  • lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
  • provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant product plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact to our banking systems
  • strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Requirements:

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

  • Financial services experience preferably in the deposits space
  • knowledge and understanding of product or program management
  • ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations
  • experience working in an Agile organization
  • ability to visualize, articulate, and solve problems
  • ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs
  • strong relationship management, influencing, operational and execution skills
  • strong ability to assess market and competitive conditions
