Senior Lead Digital Product Manager

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs in support of core banking modernization efforts
• lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
• deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
• coordinate highly complex activities and provide guidance to others
• provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant product plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact to our banking systems
• strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high impact presentations to senior leaders that leverages data to convey a meaningful story
• detail oriented with solid analytics and insights skills and the ability to synthesize data to make decisions
• knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
• strong sense of urgency and results oriented with the ability to motivate teams and mobilize resources
• self-starter with high energy and motivation who works well independently and can lead cross-functional teams
• ability to create strategies and build products and solutions tailored to unique customer needs
• experience working in an Agile organization
