We're looking for a Senior Lead, Design Operations to join our lean, high-impact team. In this role, you'll partner with several Brand Design teams to deliver great marketing creative—ensuring our top projects launch successfully while building the systems that help every project ship effectively. You'll be the go-to partner to highly matrixed teams across Design, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Martech—facilitating alignment from planning to delivery.

Requirements:
8+ years in program management, design/creative operations, or a related field—ideally within a product-driven or creative organization
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs at scale
Experience with creative production workflows across web, email, and campaign assets—including roadmapping, budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor/agency management
Strong command of intake flows, SLAs, and prioritization frameworks—plus fluency in tools like Appsheet, GitHub, Figma, Adobe, DAM systems, and generative AI
Hands-on experience with AI/automation in operational workflows
