Job Description:

Senior Lead Data Product Management Consultant role focused on data infrastructure and governance. This position establishes a world-class team empowering leaders with data and insights needed to realize strategic priorities. Responsible for analysis, design, and implementation of HR data products, building foundations of a modern people analytics data environment, and aligning data product delivery to industry standards and data governance standards.

Job Responsibility:

Effectively manage complex data product initiatives
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted data product initiatives
Make decisions and influence policy for new data patterns
Drive consultative engagements with peers and leadership
Serve as strategic liaison between data management, governance, end users, and data engineering teams

Requirements:

7+ years of data product or data management experience
7+ years of data management / governance experience
4+ years of experience working with data product frameworks
2+ years of experience in an agile delivery model
Demonstrated examples of influencing horizontal data management / governance policy
Experience leading cross functional initiatives
Ability to travel up 5% of the time
